Suspicious death from Sunday is 26th homicide of 2011

The medical examiner of Edmonton has determined that the death of Bruce Dumais, 22, is a homicide.
An autopsy found that Dumais was stabbed to death.
Dumais was killed early Sunday morning. Police were called to the area of 107th street and 107th avenue after reports of an altercation.
When officers arrived on scene, they found Dumais suffering from a stab wound.
He was transported to hospital, where he later died.
Investigators are still trying to identify suspects in the case.
Police believe there may have been people in the area who witnessed the incident without realizing an altercation was taking place.
