They come from all walks of life... but all have one thing in common: they are Women of Vision.
Written and produced by Lesley MacDonald, this popular feature has profiled hundreds of women over the past sixteen years.
From doctors to teachers to volunteers and artists, each Woman of Vision has used her talents and abilities to improve the community or create a successful venture.
These stories serve as an inspiration to other women, especially young women about to make career choices, so that they, too, are motivated to achieve their goals.

Global Edmonton is committed to exposing others to the talents, successes and great achievements of women who have made a difference in the community and in their field.
The Woman of Vision board, chaired by Lesley MacDonald, operates in co-operation with Global Edmonton. The members are representing a diverse group of women from the community who are adjudicating nominations, selecting the women to be featured in the television series and overseeing the coordination of the Annual luncheon. Board members are committed volunteers.
