The Grande Prairie man charged in connection to a collision that killed four high school football players, has decided to be tried by judge alone.
Brenden Holubowich is facing 11 charges including impaired driving causing death, and failing to remain at the scene of an accident.
Vince Stover, Matt Deller, Tanner Hildebrand and Walter Borden-Wilkins were killed October 22, 2011 when the vehicle they were in was hit by a pickup truck.
A fifth teen was seriously injured.
Holubowich did not appear in court on Monday.
The 21-year-old’s next appearance is set for January 30th.
