TORONTO - The search is over for Luka Rocco Magnotta.
He has been arrested in Berlin after being tracked to France on the weekend.
Magnotta was the subject of an international manhunt for the killing and dismemberment of a student in Montreal.
Lin Jun's torso was found in a suitcase outside Magnotta's Montreal apartment last week.
Other severed body parts, including a hand and a foot, were mailed to the offices of political parties in Ottawa.
