Edmonton police have laid first degree murder charges against two people in the death of William Arthur Reid Hill, 57.
The victim was found in a house in the area of 109 Avenue and 97 Street on Thursday, June 23rd.
On Monday, June 28th, police were searching for a stolen 2006 light grey Pontiac G6. Officers spotted the car in the area of 109 Street and Jasper Avenue.
Police pulled the vehicle over, and took a suspect in for questioning.
Krishnil Visal Mani, 24, has been charged with first degree murder in connection with Hill's death, as well as two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle and obstruction.
Suwastikh Kumar, 30, has also been charged with first degree murder in Hill's death.
Police say both suspects were arrested and charged within 24 hours of each other.
Hill is Edmonton's 28th homicide victim of 2011.
