Vader home destroyed by fire in 2004

In December of 2004 the Niton Junction home occupied by Victoria Vader and her seven children was destroyed by fire. It is unclear whether Travis Vader was living in the home at the time of the fire. The fire happened not long before Christmas, and the community came together at that time to support the Vader family with donations. This video from 2004 is a report from our Global News archives documenting the efforts of Niton Junction residents to help the Vader family.
