Occupation: RCMP Officer
Location: Red Earth Creek
Shiloh is a RCMP Member posted an hour and a half north of Slave Lake, in a little town called Red Earth Creek.. Before heading north, she grew up in Stony Plain and then ventured south to Medicine Hat where she attended college and received her Police and Security Diploma. She continues to attend the University of Athabasca where she works towards her degree in Professional Arts with a major in Criminal Justice. She lives by the quote "Life is short. If you want something in life, you gotta go out and get it.”
She enjoys spending time outside and riding her motorcycle. She understands the importance of watching the weather when you ride a motorcycle because the weather can change so fast here in Alberta and you have to be ready for it. In northern Alberta, the hobbies that can be done outside are endless. Shiloh enjoys ski-dooing, quading, camping and most other outdoor sports.
Unless you have travelled or lived in Northern Alberta, you may not know the beauty that lies between the lakes and the tress. Shiloh moved from Edmonton to Red Earth Creek only to be amazed as to what the north can offer. She admits to being absolutely amazed with the Northern Lights that can be seen dancing in the distance almost on a nightly basis. The weather in Northern Alberta can be so different than what is seen in and around Edmonton. Shiloh is committed to the Global Edmonton Ground Force team, to always have camera in hand, and to report the ever changing weather apparent in Northern Alberta.
Becoming a Groundforce Member allows Shiloh to update the people of the Greater Edmonton Area about the beauty and tranquility that Northern Alberta offers through the lens of her camera. This will allow the opportunity for those who have never visited this gorgeous area of the Province, to see all the wonders of Northern Alberta!
