The fallout from the lengthy legislature session continues. Some major allegations emerged Thursday night from Raj Sherman and the NDP.

MLA Brian Mason filed a notice of motion on with the speaker on Thursday that he will raise a point of priveledge in the Legislature on Monday.

Mason is alleging MLA Fred Horne made inappropriate allegations about Raj Sherman's mental health.

According to both Mason and Sherman, Horne phoned AMA president P.J. White to say Sherman is "manic". Sherman says it's part of a Tory smear campaign against him.

"I've been told by loyal long term P.C. party loyalists, Raj, watch your back. They're going to get you, you made somebody mad." Sherman said on Thursday.

Sherman also says unless he gets a formal apology from the premier for the allegations against him, he will not ever return to the P.C. party.
