Rundle Heights death deemed homicide

Edmonton police have confirmed that the death of a man in east Edmonton is a homicide.
Paramedics were called to a home in the area of 34th street and 103 avenue at 6:23 on Thursday morning.
The body of a man in his late 20s was discovered at the scene, and the homicide unit was called in to investigate.
An autopsy has yet to be scheduled.
The death is Edmonton's 17th homicide of 2011.
