A preliminary hearing is underway today in the case of a Millet woman accused of killer her two sons.

Allyson McConnell was charged with two counts of second degree murder after the bodies of Connor, 2-years and Jayden, 10-months were found in a bathtub in the family's home in February of 2010.

McConnell underwent a psychiatric assessment, and was deemed fit to stand trial.

The preliminary hearing will determine if there's enough evidence to proceed with a trial.
