Police search for missing Edmonton woman

The Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public's help in finding 47-year-old Melanie Jerome. Jerome was last seen at her northside home one week ago, and was reported missing Friday, July 16.

Police say she has no medical issues, but they are concerned as this behavior is out of character. Jerome's car was found on the southside of Edmonton Monday, July 19, police are still examining it for clues. Police are interviewing her closest friends and family to help get more information on her whereabouts, habits and routines.
