EDMONTON - Alberta Wildrose party critic Rob Anderson is already known for trying to get under the premier's skin - now he's using her parking spot.

Anderson admits he got into a heated argument with legislature security staff Tuesday night for parking after hours in Premier Alison Redford's reserved spot.

Anderson says he was in a hurry and didn't realize it was the premier's spot.

He also says the sheriff was rude and belligerent.

Solicitor General Jonathan Denis, who is in charge of legislature security, says a report into what happened says Anderson was rude and belligerent, too.

Denis says the sheriff will not be reprimanded.

He urges all politicians to remain considerate despite the heated atmosphere heading into an election.
