After several days of heavy rain, a high streamflow advisory has been issued for the North Saskatchewan River.
Flooding is not expected at this time, but the advisory does mean that water levels could rise rapidly.
Several pathways in the river valley are under water, and those who use river valley trails to be extra vigilant.
The Red Deer River basin, the Athabasca River basin and the Peace River River basin are also under similar advisories.
