Tinder dry conditions are fueling fire concerns across the province.

Despite what seemed like a lot of snowfall in central Alberta last winter, the arrival of spring has left many areas tinder dry.
The province has budgeted $106.7 million for fighting wildfires this year, though officials admit the cost of fighting fires can fluctuate significantly from year to year.
