Are Duckett's days numbered?

Alberta's premier is hinting that he's losing patience with the man in charge of running the province's health care system.

Stelmach is calling Stephen Duckett's cookie comments offensive.

It's the first public reaction from the premier to CEO'ss bizarre attempts to evade media questions about a growing crisis in health care. When asked what his opinion might mean for Duckett's future, the premier responded.

"There is a process. It's a legal process. The board has to follow it. Interference might just cause further issues."

The Alberta Health Services board's next scheduled meeting is next week, but there are reports it could happen as early as Wednesday.
