Lynda Steele will leave Global Edmonton in 2011

In the same month that marks a 15-year partnership on the Global Edmonton news desk with co-anchor Gord Steinke, Global Edmonton's Lynda Steele has announced that she is moving on.
She'll be moving to Vancouver with her husband Norm Lipinski. Lipinski is currently a Deputy Chief with the Edmonton Police Service, but he has accepted the position of RCMP Assistant Commissioner, responsible for British Columbia's lower mainland region.
Lynda will be with Global Edmonton until the end of August 2011.
