- April 19: Progressive Conservative Leader Alison Redford, Wildrose Leader Danielle Smith, NDP Leader Brian Mason and Liberal Leader Raj Sherman debated at CBC Edmonton. Here are the highlights:

- April 12: The four main party leaders gathered at Global Edmonton studios for the main televised leaders' debate. Here it is in its entirety:




- April 10: The University of Alberta Students’ Union held a forum for candidates in Edmonton-Riverview. - April 4: The Edmonton Public School Board held an election forum on education issues, with Thomas Lukaszuk representing the PCs, Vitor Marciano representing Wildrose, Sue Huff representing the Alberta Party,
David Eggen representing the NDP and Weslyn Mather representing the Liberals. Watch here:

- April 3: The Alberta Teachers’ Association held a telephone town hall with 10,000 teachers and the following candidates:
- Thomas Lukaszuk, PC candidate for Edmonton-Castle Downs, education minister at dissolution
- Vitor Marciano, Wildrose nominee for senate
- Raj Sherman, Liberal Leader and incumbent in Edmonton-Meadowlark
- Glenn Taylor, Alberta Party Leader and candidate in West Yellowhead
- Deron Bilous, NDP candidate in Edmonton-Beverly-Clareview

March 30: ArtsVote Calgary and the Calgary Public Library presented a provincial election forum, hosted by Russell Bowers of CBC’s Daybreak Alberta. There's more information on the event here. Watch the archived livestream:

March 17 - The Alberta Teachers’ Association invited Education Minister Thomas Lukaszuk (PC incumbent in Edmonton-Castle Downs), New Democrat Rachel Notley (incumbent in Edmonton-Strathcona), Liberal Leader Raj Sherman (incumbent in Edmonton-Meadowlark), Wildrose Senate candidate Vitor Marciano and Alberta Party candidate Sue Huff (candidate in Edmonton-Glenora) to discuss education issues at Barnett House in Edmonton.
